To help troubleshoot your issue, we need you to run a diagnostics script and send us the resulting diagnostics report. This report includes:
- Your Mindshow settings file, error log files, and checksums for the Mindshow software
- Information about your PC hardware and Windows configuration
- Installed software, running processes, and open network ports on your PC
- List of files in your Mindshow directories
Please follow these steps to generate a diagnostics report and send it back to us via your support ticket.
Generating a Mindshow Diagnostics Report
Step 1: Launch Steam on your PC and select the "Library" tab to display your games.
Step 2: Right click on Mindshow in the sidebar and click "Properties" to open the properties window.
Step 3: Select the "Local Files" tab and click "Browse Local Files".
Step 4: Double-click "diagnostics.bat" to launch the diagnostic script and generate the file "mindshow-diag.txt" on your Desktop.
The following window will appear while the diagnostics script is running:
Once the script is finished, it will save the diagnostics report to the file "mindshow-diag.txt" on your PC desktop (folder location "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop").
Step 5: Reply to your support email with the file "mindshow-diag.txt" attached to it.
